Deadline Drama: Every Premier League Transfer Completed as Clubs Race Against the Clock

The January transfer window is closing fast, and Premier League clubs have been busy making last-minute deals. Fans have witnessed a dramatic final day as teams scramble to strengthen their squads before the 7pm deadline.

With only hours left, clubs across England and Europe rushed to complete transfers, loan moves, and contract agreements. The final day of the window is always hectic, and this year has been no exception.

Premier League clubs officially have until 7pm to submit deals, with an extra two hours allowed to finalize paperwork. This ensures every possible transfer can get over the line, even at the very last minute.

The 7pm deadline aligns with France, Italy, and Germany, while Spain and Belgium give teams extra time until 10:59pm. Scotland’s window closes at 11pm. Clubs across Europe have been working furiously to finalize their squads.

Brighton midfielder Brajan Gruda has joined RB Leipzig on loan, making one of the first headline moves of the final day. “I am excited for this new chapter,” Gruda said. “I hope to make a real impact in Germany.”

Chelsea’s young talent Yahya Idrissi has moved to AC Milan for an undisclosed fee. The Italian giants are looking to strengthen their midfield options for the rest of the season. Idrissi added, “Joining Milan is a dream. I want to grow and contribute immediately.”

Brentford’s Frank Onyeka has joined Coventry on loan, while Crystal Palace’s Jesurun Rak-Sakyi is set to play for Stoke City temporarily. Burnley midfielder Sam Waller moved to Harrogate for an undisclosed fee.

In the English Football League, Luton’s Reuell Walters has joined Blackpool on loan. Southampton midfielder Joe Aribo moved to Leicester City, and FK Vojvodina’s Collins Sichenje joined Charlton Athletic for an undisclosed fee.

Stevenage defender Ryan Doherty transferred to Ipswich Town, and Wrexham’s Elliot Lee has joined Doncaster on loan. Newport goalkeeper Nik Tzanev completed a move to Huddersfield, while Stockport’s Jack Hunt joined Wigan for free.

Birmingham’s Tyler Roberts moved to Mansfield, and Watford’s James Morris joined Leyton Orient. Oxford United striker Tom Bradshaw went to Barnsley on loan, and Leyton Orient defender Omar Beckles joined Gillingham for free.

Huddersfield midfielder Herbie Kane has joined Plymouth Argyle on loan, and Hemel Hempstead’s Millar Matthews-Lewis completed a move to Burton Albion. Millwall defender Wes Harding also moved to Plymouth on loan, while Blackburn’s Jake Batty went to Swindon.

Unattached striker Duncan Watmore joined Rotherham United, and Barnsley’s Davis Keillor-Dunn moved to Wrexham. These moves highlight the flurry of activity in the EFL before the deadline.
